DM42 Quick Reference Guide

Store the latest help file into the /HELP folder of DM42.
Note that help filename was changed from index.htm to dm42help.htm in DM42PGM version 3.13
Rename the file to index.htm if you want to use it with DM42PGM 3.12 and erlier.
